I have been baking for 30yrs and gained diplomas and city and guilds in Catering and Cake design.

I began Emily Rose Cakes in 2001 and after a whirlwind few years I moved into my workshop in Rotherwas in Hereford in 2004. I adore my work and consider it a vocation.

 

As I tell everyone, the secret ingredient is Love.

My husband and business partner Arnie is also a highly qualified baking professional after being a Sainsbury's bakery manager for 10 years.

 

He also restored the Emily Rose Wedding car which is available for bookings.
