Wow! Our wedding cake both looked and tasted fantastic. We had a tier saved so we really got to admire Jan's skill and the detail she put into each individual sugar flower as well as the beautiful flavour and moistness of the cake itself. It was incredible. But what made the experience over and above, as well as the quality of the cake, was the service. Jan treats you so wonderfully from beginning to end and was obviously incredibly passionate about baking. She even went to the effort of leaving us a card in our bridal suite wishing us all the best and asking of a photo after our wedding. Could not recommend enough. It is a real pleasure having our wedding cake made by Jan- she did everything from delivering the cake along with cake stand and picking it up afterwards. Thank you!
